Church History The church dates from the 13th. Century and was heavily modified by the Victorians following a fire. Significant Vicars have been Richard Boys who was chaplain to Napolean when he was imprisoned on St. Helena and Denny Fairfax who was related to the Fairfaxes of Leeds Castle. The church is currently being re-ordered to provide 21st century facilities: Parish Office, toilets and a larger Sunday School room. this work is costing £250,000 for which their is an appeal running. Please give generously. Link to Canterbury
